ANZMAC 2008 Awards

In 2008, there will again be two Pearson Education ANZMAC Marketing Educator awards.
The 2008 Pearson Education ANZMAC Emerging Marketing Educator of the Year Award is designed
to encourage developing marketing educators and will be made to the person judged to have best
demonstrated a course design, content, process and delivery to advance their students’ knowledge
and understanding of, and capability in, the field of marketing. It will be open to associate lecturers,
lecturers and senior lecturers.

The 2008 Pearson Education ANZMAC Distinguished Marketing Educator of the Year Award will be presented
to the applicant who is deemed to have best advanced marketing education through direct teaching, service
and research, and is open to staff of all levels.

Each winner will be presented with $2,000 and a plaque at the ANZMAC Conference in Sydney in December 2008.
APPLICATIONS
To apply for either award, simply download the appropriate Selection Criteria, Rules of Entry and Nomination Form, and complete it using the Rules of Entry as a guideline. Nominations must be submitted using the Nomination Form, with all details completed. Four copies of all materials should be submitted. They should be received no later than 5:00pm Friday, 5th September 2008.
CONDITIONS
No correspondence will be entered into.
The judges' decision is final and they reserve the right not to make an award if the criteria are not met.
Entrants must be currently employed within an Australian or New Zealand university.
Marketing teaching being evaluated must have taken place within an Australian or New Zealand university during 2007/2008.
Winners’ nominations will be posted to this website.
Winner and entrants may be requested to be available for publicity purposes.
